Step into a world of wonder where science meets sorcery and nature meets enchantment! At Mages in the Mountains, young adventurers will spend the day exploring a magical curriculum inspired by a legendary school of wizardry, without ever mentioning you-know-who.

Campers will be sorted into houses, design their own magical creatures, and compete for the coveted House Cup through team challenges and magical games. They'll brew bubbling potions in our chemistry lab, decode the stars with sun scopes and star charts, and uncover the secrets of Appalachian history at the Mountain Heritage Center.

This camp blends STEM learning, creative arts, and outdoor exploration into a spellbinding experience. Activities include:

  • Potions Class: Invisible ink, pH experiments, and dry ice magic
  • Care of Magical Creatures: Create your own creature and meet real ones
  • Astronomy: Explore the skies with sun scopes and star charts
  • Herbology & History: Discover the plants and stories of the mountains
  • Games & Challenges: Quidditch, Wizards-Elves-Giants, and house competitions

Whether your child is a curious scientist, a budding artist, or a brave explorer, this camp will ignite their imagination and leave them enchanted by the magic of learning.

Notes
