Course Description

Discover the Enneagram: A Powerful Tool for Personal Growth and Team Effectiveness

The Enneagram is more than a personality model—it is a dynamic framework for cultivating self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and meaningful connection. By illuminating the core motivations, habitual patterns, and emotional drivers that shape how we perceive the world and relate to others, the Enneagram helps individuals move beyond surface-level behaviors to a deeper understanding of why people think, feel, and act the way they do. This insight fosters empathy, reduces misunderstanding, and supports more intentional communication in both professional and personal settings.

In this interactive 3-hour workshop, participants will engage in guided reflection, practical examples, and small- and large-group discussions to bring Enneagram concepts to life. We explore the nine Enneagram personality types, including core motivations, strengths, blind spots, and stress and growth patterns. Particular attention is given to social and conflict styles and how these patterns show up in personal and professional relationships —shaping decision-making, communication, leadership, and responses to change and pressure.

Participants will also learn practical, immediately applicable tools for improving communication, navigating differences, and addressing conflict with greater awareness and skill. Rather than using the Enneagram to label or limit, this workshop emphasizes its use as a shared language for understanding, collaboration, and growth.

By the end of the workshop, participants walk away with increased insight into themselves and others, greater compassion for differing perspectives, and concrete strategies for enhancing teamwork, trust, and workplace culture. This session is ideal for individuals or teams seeking to strengthen relationships, improve collaboration, and create a more psychologically healthy and effective work or social environment.
